Refund Policy

FanSuite MGMT — Pluto Promotions LLC (“we”, “us”) aims to be clear and fair about refunds. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Summary

  • 24-hour cancellation

    You can cancel within 24 hours only if delivery has not started. Once you request cancellation before delivery begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • After delivery starts

    Once campaigns are live and delivery has started, no full refunds are available. We commit resources and begin execution at that point.

  • Verified issues on our side

    If we cannot begin or continue service due to a verified technical or operational issue on our end, we may provide a partial refund or service credit (up to 50%) at our discretion.

  • Crypto refunds

    Crypto refunds are processed back to the original wallet address used for payment. We do not send refunds to a different wallet.

Full policy

  • Cancellation before delivery: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and delivery has not yet started.
  • After delivery has started: Once we have begun delivery of your campaign, no full refunds are available. We allocate resources and execute from that point forward.
  • Verified issues on our end: If a verified technical or operational failure on our side prevents us from starting or continuing service, we may offer a partial refund or service credit (up to 50% of the amount paid) at our sole discretion.
  • Crypto payments: Any refund for a payment made in cryptocurrency will be processed to the original wallet address that was used for the payment. We cannot send crypto refunds to a different address.
